DJ PLI Refund Policy

Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds using the PayPal system therefore our only option is by direct bank transfer. We have tried issuing refunds by requesting information to allow us to process the outstanding requests but the information returned, in most cases, will not allow us to track the payment.

We have placed a form on this website that can be accessed using the navigaton menus which gives us all the required information we need.
